RETURN POLICY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS:

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition with tags attached. Items that are received in a non sellable/damaged condition are unable to be returned/refunded. They will be donated.
  • Your return must be shipped back andĀ receivedĀ in our warehouseĀ within 7 days fromĀ the day your order was delivered. Return orders that arrive in our warehouse after 7 days (until 10 days) will receiveĀ store credit only.Ā (This policy does NOT apply to local orders. See local orders/pickup policy.)
  • Please includeĀ the packing slip with your return. If you don't have, make sure to write your order number on a note, and include it in the package.Ā 
  • Download and print aĀ Return Label from our Return Portal, $6.95Ā will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once an order is picked up by a mail carrier, we are not liable for any lost packages.
  • There'sĀ a $2 restock fee PER ITEM that is returned.

LOCAL ORDERS/PICKUP POLICY

  • Pickups must be picked up within 2 days.
  • Local returns must be dropped off oneĀ day afterĀ  the order isĀ picked up/delivered to qualify for a refund.
  • We are not liable for any pick up orders left in our store. After 30 days, all orders still waiting to be picked up will be donate to a local charity.

  • We are unable to exchange online orders. Simply place a new order for the desired size, and ship back the other within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • An order may be cancelled within one hour of being placed.
  • An order cancelled after an hour of it being placed will be subject to a $3 restock fee PER AN ITEM!
